Job Summary: The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for coordinating and managing the organization’s Partnership Strategies by identifying new partner opportunities, manage and drive deeper existing partnerships, to include corporate relations, integrations, tradeshows, and events that enhance our company’s image and showcase our product. This position will build and maintain strong relationships with our strategic partners while making recommendations based on changes in their business and industry. The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will utilize creativity, organizational skills, and vision to assist the organization in increasing brand visibility and improve the organization's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.

Positional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for new partnerships through networking and industry meetings
• Own existing partnership relationships with the intent to build upon relationships to grow market share
• Build value and opportunity through partnership model to help Proceed Finance and partners grow their respective businesses
• Integrate Proceed Finance into the partner’s growth strategy through corporate events, sales, and marketing
• Coordinate with internal team for attendee preparation, maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
• Creation of executive level presentations and slide decks for all meetings, tradeshows, and events
• Develop effective tracking and reporting across all event initiatives to ensure we are measuring impact, gathering learnings, and continually improving
• Develop and implement our Partnership strategy working cross-functionally across internal teams to obtain a strong level of strategy and execution
• Ensure strategic partners have proper marketing and materials and are informed of all product changes, enhancements and potential opportunities
• Support day-to-day relationship management for strategic partnerships, expanding Proceed Finance’s reach with the partner across corporate and other functional areas
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on partnership status and contractual obligations to executive management
• Establish a value-based, long-term relationship as a trusted advisor and work to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding partner expectations with our product and services
• Oversee the delivery of our partner commitments to ensure they are both on-time and of high-quality service
• Support business development efforts to engage with new innovative partners and identify potential new strategic events and opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar field, and/or related experience
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience in similar roles managing large strategic partnership with complex integration strategies; ideally within the dental space

• Demonstrated ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, coordinate, and manage multiple strategic partnership projects of varying degrees of complexity

• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to present effectively to large audiences and influence dental providers
• Ability to understand, capture and verbalize partner requirements and problem-solve various issues or concerns
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, keen attention to detail and resiliency skills

• Must be a quick learner, self-starter, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a standard office setting and/or remote home office
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds occasionally

Hours of Work

• A minimum of 40 hours per week
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of time; with overnight stays and weekends required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
